On April 3, 2025, Heubel Material Handling Inc. and Shaw Material Handling Systems Inc. will combine operations to become Raymond Central Intralogistics Solutions. This merger is designed to strengthen our ability to serve our associates, customers, and communities.
Heubel was founded in 1956 and has been a premier Raymond dealer for nearly 70 years serving customers in Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Iowa. Shaw was established in 1984, serving Arkansas, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi.
Since joining forces in 2012, the organization has grown to employ 450 associates and operates 11 solutions and support centers across the 10-state footprint. Historically known in the Central United States for forklift and service capabilities, the company has become a complete intralogistics solutions provider. Offerings include Automation, Systems Integration, Conveyor, Racking, Asset and Lean Management, Telematics, Safety Equipment, Rentals, Parts, Service and more.
The strategic merger and rebrand as Raymond Central will establish a globally recognized entity, dedicated to maintaining its position as the premier innovative, reliable, and trusted partner for material handling and logistics within the Central United States.
